Bar Policy
The Zoo operates under a State 6 Liquor License – ALL alcohol must be provided by the Zoo.

Bar Minimum Guarantee
An $8 deposit per person must be paid in advance.

HOSTED BAR
The deposit will be applied to final balance.

If a hosted bar exceeds the deposit, the client will be billed for the additional balance due.

CASH BAR
If a cash bar exceeds the deposit, the deposit will be applied to the total event balance or refunded.

If cash sales do not reach the deposit, the Zoo will keep the difference.

Beverage Type: All choices are permitted at any daytime or evening event.

Service: Available everyday, daytime and evening, except for Sunday before 10:00 a.m.

Serving Ware: Glassware is reserved for indoor venues only.

Service Fee: 22% will be applied to all final hosted bar balances.

Set-up Fee: $100 for an Indoor Venue and $200 for an Outdoor Venue. This includes the bar set up & bartender. (Recommendation: one bar per every 100 people)
