Special Needs Program
This program is a "touching" experience for children and adults who are mentally, emotionally, or physically challenged, or have a learning or speech disability.
Choose from "Animal Families" or "Desert Animals" presentations hosted by Zoo Volunteers trained to teach students with a sensory-motor approach. No student will be eliminated due to the severity of his handicap.
Offered Mondays, October – April, by reservation only.
