Animal Show

Our brand new Olympic-themed show highlights the many amazing talents and abilities of our animals. During the show you’ll have close encounters with a variety of animals. Some of the animals you may see include a snake, rat, goat, rabbit, parrot, tortoise, hawk, vulture, porcupine and more! After the show you’ll have the chance to meet our animal athletes up-close. Please note that different animals may be featured during each show and that the animal show is dependent on weather and may be canceled without notice.

Monkey Village

Monkey Village

Walk into an open exhibit where squirrel monkeys scamper through bushes and trees just inches away. As the only walk-through squirrel monkey exhibit in the United States, this is a must-see on your visit to the Zoo!

Harmony Farm

Petting Zoo

Pet and brush the goats in the large Red Barn at Harmony Farm. This experience is a favorite for all ages as well as for the goats! You’ll also be able to get up close to cows, sheep and horses.

Get up-close and personal with the tallest mammal at the Phoenix Zoo! This experience is sure to become a favorite destination spot on your visit to the Zoo.

Stingray Bay

Stingray Bay is an interactive experience allowing guests to come hand to fin with our school of cownose stingrays. Our 15,000 gallon interactive pool offers you the chance to watch these beautiful animals “fly” through the water, dip your hand in to feel their unique skin and even get closer as you feed them fish and shrimp.

Located near the Endangered Species Carousel, little explorers can take the bridge over a trickling river and through the trees to visit the Enchanted Forest’s own tree house! Take a ride down the giant tree trunk slides and splash through the river bottom on your visit to this magical get-a-way in the heart of the Phoenix Zoo.

What’s the best way to see the Zoo? The answer is easy— hop aboard the Safari Train for a fun, narrated, 25 minute tour meandering past a large portion of the Zoo’s animals, encounters and experiences.

Are you ready for some high flying excitement? You can head to the Phoenix Zoo for 300 feet of zip lining fun with the FlyWire zipline ride! The FlyWire zipline ride supports two people at a time so you’ll be able to race with your friends at speeds up to 20 miles per hour on your way to becoming experienced “zipologists”!

Just as the Phoenix Zoo cares deeply about the well-being of our animals, your well-being is important to us too. So we’ve partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona to give you some tools for success. Take a walk on the Wild Walk and learn fun ways to make fitness a part of your everyday life while you gather some tidbits about our Zoo animals. Look for signs throughout the Zoo and for markers on your Zoo map.
